Friend's AP not linking to my MDE account!!!

So I'm hoping someone here can help. My friend is a Florida AP holder. She, and her AP are listed on my MDE account. Her AP was expiring on July 31st. She called to renew, and the new pass is not on my MDE. When I try to link her new AP, it says it is already linked to another account. She said when she called they linked the AP to her email, but she doesn't have her own MDE account. I need to get her New AP linked to my account so that I can copy our FP for the day we are going to be there with her next month. Anybody know how I can accomplish this???
 
Call the number at the bottom of the My Disney Experience and choose the internet help option. The very nice lady helped me with the same issue last week. Good Luck!
 
She should have her own account, they may have created one. I went with friends in May, they each had their own account and linked their tickets. We were all under the same room reservation, we each linked to that reservation and could see each other's fastpasses when we logged into MDE. We had no problem getting fastpasses together, because we all showed on each others.
 
I never understood this, why don't you have her setup her own MDE? You then add her as a friend and family and can do all the same stuff of adding FP+ for her and ADRs for her....

I guess I don't see a reason for her not to have an account and likely once she creates the account the pass will be there.

Also if she has an account she can look up the FP+ and ADR that are scheduled herself as well without needing your login information.
 

Omgosh we had so many problems because I had my SIL and daughter on my acct. first night we all shared a room (they were going to Villains Unleashed and I was staying with granddaughter so it made sense to share first night), after that they had their own room. When I removed them from my room their FPs froze. We could use them but not make changes. They were able to fix daughters but not SIL. This was last Sept. Even when we went in March there were still issues but finally they were able to link his AP to my daughter's MDE. He ended up having to get a new AP number. I never add anyone to my MDE. My 21 yr old and her friend are going with me next month. They each have their own MDE and everyone is linked.
