I called yesterday asking about it. The first person I spoke to insisted I call member services. "I can't book dvc using your points."

She wasn't listening because I told her that I wasn't calling to book points. I became extremely frustrated and hung up.
I called again and spoke to a very helpful cm. She gave me the quote for the time frame I was looking for. If you get a cm that doesn't know what to do.........call again. Chances are they will know what you need. Good luck!
