Does anyone know if there are friendly restaurants near disney, universal or lake buena vista area. I don't remember ever seeing one.

There is one on International Drive near Pointe Orlando.

I also love Friendly's. It's one thing I really miss about where we used to live. I think I remember that the one on International Drive is about 8 miles from WDW, but my memory could be wrong. There are two Friendly's in Orlando, both described at their website.

Yes! There is one in Kissimmee! We went last October. We just happened to stumble upon it. I grew up in MA (lived there for 25 years) until we moved around with the Army. I always miss and crave my Friendly's, so when I saw it, I told Dh we had to eat there!! The kids love it too, so they were on my side! LOL The girls love the black raspberry...you can never find that anywhere. Now you got me thinking about a watermelon roll....yumm!! I actually worked at Friendly's in Enfield, CT for 2 years while I went to college!
