It's what happens when a post is made entirely in CAPSLOCK (not being sarcastic there by writing that in caps, it's a compulsion from spending too much time on livejournal). The DIS filter does it automatically to keep people from "yelling".

And I know I type annoying. I use the "dotdotdot" things a lot and but thats how I usually talk with run-on sentences.

I use the ... thing a lot, too. Usually that just means that if I was speaking in real life I'd stop talking for a second. I dunno how to explain it. xD
