Fridges at HRH

My family will be staying at the HRH in March. We have medication for the children that must be refrigerated--are there minibars or small fridges in the rooms at HRH or do you have to request one?

There is a mini bar u can rent a fridge $10-$15 a day although I konw that Disney waive this charge for medical reasons don't know about Universal
