Fridge Swaps No Longer?????

its been a while since i have gotten a fridge swap and upon looking into it i am confused.

are all the value resorts getting fridges in them?
if so are they true fridges?
if so, when?

i am specifically interested in the AoA standard rooms.

what about coffee pots?

any help is appreciated and apologies if this info is out there somewhere, i couldn't find it.
