Hi guys!:D
Well our big 30th Ann. trip in July, is getting closer and Im starting to think of the little things we might need.
I was wondering if we can request a fridge in our room at the YC.
and how much it costs? I am planing to bring lots of bottled waters and would like to keep them cold.
Also I will be bringing a couple of bottles of wine and champaine to celebrate;) and would like to be able to keep them cold too.
Any way any answers or suggestions would be great:cool:

Also I tried to make PSs for cindys for our Ann. dinner for 8:00pm, but the latest I could get was 7:15pm:( . I was hoping to be able to stay and see the fireworks from our table(10PM), That seems like a long dinner. Do you think this will work or will they kick us out if we linger for that long? I really wanted to do this.

The refrigerators are $10 per night ($10.65 w/ tax) and are not very big. You may end up having to put the water bottles in a few at a time, since you are going to try to chill some champagne as well.

As for Cindy's, I'm certainly no expert on this, but I would think that it may not be the best place to watch the fireworks anyway because you would be so close to where they are going off and they would probably be mostly above you, not giving you a very good view of them. I could be wrong about this, someone correct me if I am.

When we had our dinner at CRT we loved watching the fireworks from our table.

I would suggest that when you checkin at the restraunt explain it is your anniversary and this is your special dinner for the trip. Request to be seated at a window, when we did this they explained it could be quite a wait for a table to open, which in your case could work out.

If the CM working the desk seems difficult, ask to speak to the restraunt manager, this is a very special occasion and one of those few times I would consider asking the manger for assistance.

Trekker,
That is such a good idea;). I have done that at R&C for the fireworks before and had to wait 35 mins. for the table. 7:15 will probably be a busy time also. I dont mind waiting.:) I wonder if they have those vibriating things, then we could shop down stairs til they call us!
Thanks for the thoughts.

The refrigerators in the hotels are awfully expensive. When we were there in December we went to the grocery store and picked up a styrofoam cooler for about $4 and filled it with ice from the ice machines at the hotel. It worked GREAT! And so much cheaper. When we checked out we just left the cooler in the room.

Hope you have a great trip and Happy Anniversary:)

CRT doesn't have pagers at least as of the end of March. I've never seen one at any MK restaurant actually. You just wait on the benchs downstairs.
