Fridge in room at Contemporary?

Do the Standard wing rooms at the Contemporary come with a fridge, or will I have to pay a fee per night for one? And if it does come with one, will it already be in my room, or do I have to request it? Thanks for your help!

Hey, I hope you get an answer soon, cause I want to know too. We stayed at the Contemporary last August and the frig will cost ya!

I heard that the frig is FREE now if you are at a Moderate or Deluxe resort. I want to know if they are in every room or like you said do you have to ask.

All rooms at the Deluxe resorts (Contemporary, GF & Poly) come standard with small refrigerators, hair dryers & coffee makers. Having stayed at CR in May, I personally can vouch for this info. We stayed 2 nights in Wing room and 5 nights in Tower, both had same layout and amenities. Have fun!

OK 1 more question.....You say small fridge. What size milk carton will it fit? We 'd like to be able to eat cereal in our room just about every morning. Also, does anyone know where I can get milk somewhere on the Disney property? Thanks everyone!

It's like a dorm fridge. Ours at CR had a removable wire shelf and you could have stood a half gallon of milk in it with the shelf removed.

I took the shelf out and kept 16oz plastic bottles of soda and juice in it.

Yes - we were just there in June (North Wing) and had a fridge. You kind of have to look for it though...it's behind a door in the dresser! It's small, but as others have said, it will hold a half gallon of milk and a few other things if you remove the shelf.

In the back of one of the retail store in the CR there is a store that sells donuts milk and stuff like a 7 eleven.

Thanks for all the info! I didn't realize you could buy milk at CR. Last time we were there we didn't have a fridge in the room so I didn't notice. Being able to eat breakfast in the room is a lifesaver! Thanks again!
