Fridge in all deluxe rooms???

We are staying in a pool view at AKL for our trip. Will it come with a fridge or do I have to request one?
And while I am at it I might as well ask.. is there any reason I can't pack a toaster in my luggage? There wouldn't be any problems at the airport would there?
I only ask because hubby to be looked at me like I was a nut when I mentioned it .. but between a toaster and a fridge I could cover all breakfasts

Well, I don't know about the toaster in the luggage. But I'm just wondering if there are any fire codes about having something like that in the room. I don't know - just bringing it up.
