:wave: Hi everyone! I have to say I have the greatest (at least most flexible) job, I actually got to workout wile working! My co-worker who runs the gym came and sat in my library for me and I went to the gym for him and got to work out while I was doing it. Now how great is that? It was only for an hour and then I hit the locker room and back to my desk! This workout enables me to claim my 8 month exercise clippie too!

How about it gang, did you get your workout in today?
 
Tiggerlover - what a great arrangement you have! That 8 pound clippie (okay 6 and 2 month clippies) look really good on you!!!! :)

I did FIRM BSS1 ab sculpt today and am so proud of myself because I've added in some of the advanced moves. My stomach muscles are aching right now but it's a good feeling. I think I've awakened muscles that have probably been dormat most of my adult life:earseek:! It's all good though because strangely enough the aching is not bothering me like I expected it to. This makes 10 straight days of working out with the FIRM.

Okay, who's next?
 
most likely wont get in my 10,000 steps today either

In the winter I was good at hitting the mall once a wk to get my steps. Spring started showing up here for a while so I was getting outside a few times a day. Now that the weather's been yucky this past wk its been hard to get my daily steps in.
If weather is still not good enough to get outside to walk this wknd I'll hit the mall again
 
I did the weight circuit for over 10,000 pounds and 3.67 miles on the treadmill.

Next......
 

I did 50 minutes on the treadmill this morning and a portion of it was running.
 
Good work everyone. A day when we move is day well spent! I finished my workout at 10:55pm this evening. I was going to bag it, but today is really a warmup on the treadmill then a weight and pilates workout, so I did it. If I had to sweat it out on the TM I would have been in a bad way.....

That sounds really nice Debbi! Good for you!

I did my usual 30 min, 2 mile WATP video.

We're going away for a few days and, I don't picture myself doing WATP videos in the hotel room but, I might! ;) If not, that'll be 4 days off in a row, something I haven't done in over 7 weeks of exercising. :(
 
I'm next.

Started off with a 1 mile WATP using weights followed by the first 10 minutes of The Firm Cardio Sculpt tape. Then round about 11pm i finished off my day with a mind clearing, body stretching Pilates workout.

I think i did well today. I'll be back on monday
