Geez, I wonder if this is the girl that caused such a stink at the meet last week about the extra table. Hmmmmmm. Remember Connie the CM was about to call security on the mess, when I stepped up and said that wasn't neccesary and tried to cool things down. She stikes me as the type to try to make these kinds of remarks.
She was a stinker for sure.

It would seem that everyone has had a turn throwing sand in the sandbox and I think it is about time for us to pick up our shovels and pails and make our way back home. With all the dirt that has been flung, I think perhaps everyone should think about taking a bath before going to bed. Hopefully we have all gotten the name calling and mud slinging out of our systems.

I had hoped this discussion would attempt to stay civilized but alas that ceased to be the case when people began making up user names in order to fuel the personal attacks. It is unfortunate when a hobby becomes an addiction and our values become distorted to the point where we resort to character assassination.

I have closed this discussion before anyone else feels the need to throw another log on the flames. I hope we can all remember that the pins are the least important aspect of this hobby. It is the people and the friendships that you make while trading those little pieces of metal that are the most important thing. In the immortal words of Thumper’s father, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” It is sad when we have to be reminded of how to act by an animated talking rabbit.
