Friday night advice needed

Hello! I will be in Disney for a conference in a few weeks that ends on Friday early evening. I am staying until Sunday so I can enjoy the F&W festival on Saturday (I know crazy busy, but I have always wanted to go and it is a perfect opportunity - plus the kids will be home ) I have 3 options for Friday night and I wanted to know what everyone thought:
1. Head to Epcot and get a jump on F&W
2. Go to the Halloween party at MK (have been once before and LOVE MK)
3. Keep it calm and head to Disney Springs for the night.

Also, the conference is at Hilton Bonnet Creek. I am debating if I should just extend my stay there or if I should move to a hotel on Disney property as we always stay on Disney property when I go with my family and I feel comfortable and safe there. If I do stay at Bonnet Creek, is Uber easy to use in the Disney area?

If you have a day at Epcot planned for the next day already, I'd suggest the Halloween Party! Both of these are seasoaal events so unless you have an AP, you might not have a chance soon to come back. Just my two cents

EPCOT F&W is going to be very busy day on Sat, locals like to go on the weekends to F&W.
I would vote for a more relaxing evening ahead of time at DS.

Food and Wine would be my choice but you really can't go wrong with either of your options in my opinion. I've had really good experiences with Uber at Disney.

Parks have been closing really early the last week. tonight was 8:30 for HS and 9pm everywhere else. Minigolf was opened til 11pm though along with springs until midnight (this is a thursday night). you might want to move to a value to not only save some money but have EMH. Check the calendar first though and consider park closing the days your there and if a value would offer more value than bonnet creek since you have the weekend only.

For F&W: Friday night is going to be the date night locals filling up the place. Saturday and sunday is going to be a mix of all different types filling up the place... Pick the day with good be outside weather forcasted when you get closer.. there won't be a less crowded day while you can visit. Saturday sounds good to me

Friday night, I would hit MNSSHP. It's MK, it's halloween and it's parades, fireworks, stage shows and all the candy you can collect trick or treating that isn't part of a normal day in mk.

Thanks everyone! I decided to move on site to a moderate and am going to play Friday night by ear. And to boot, I am staying at POFQ which I've never been to so I have a new resort to check out!

I feel in love with POFQ after my first time there.. Mostly because it's tiny and everything is nearby without a lot of effort to get to or do anything.. I'm dead on my feet when the bus pulls up to the resort at the end of the night so closer = better for me.

I would say F&W. That park to me is the best when busy.

If you are staying at POFQ, walk over to Riverside and see Yehaa Bob in the lounge on Friday night.
