Since I don't officially have any BONUS award to give Mike this morning he'll get a dancing nekkid chicken too.......his is for being the only Riddler to show his work this morning
Good Morning Riddlers. I got to sleep late, I stayed up way late last night, but the dogs slept till 5, and let me go back to bed after they had their morning out time. I can't believe it isn't raining.
I am up super early this AM.... just barely 6 AM here
When I was a kid my best friends Dad used to tell us that when you turn your clock ahead you're GAINING an hour.. his reasoning was that if you turned the clocks during the day, you would still get paid for that hour even though you didn't have to work it(an extra hours pay for not an extra hours work)... and he reasoned the same way for turning the clocks back.. that you were losing an hour because you'd have to work 2 hours and only get paid for one.. I'm pretty sure he was joking but he always insisted that thats the way it was......
Course now as an adult I think, "Yeah well if they did it during the day, I assume your paycheck would reflect the difference!" BUT if you didnt get paycheck, and you turned the clocks during the day, then the logic makes sense..... well maybe....
Hey, you didn't say show your work. I can do that too. I thought this wasjust an answer sheet.
Wendy, you are allowed to ask for hints and someone will PM you. After you get used to the riddle, the methods become easier to see. And, we won't mention that sometimes Mr. Google can help you.
oK...I give ..... anyone wishing to help the helpless with some mints would be greatly appreciated ........sounds like I'll smack my head when I get it since it's so "simple"
