Traffic, rush hour traffic will pick up at about 3pm on Fridays, if you are coming in earlier hopefully you can be ahead of it. If not it will get tougher as late afternoon turns to evening.

On Sunday it may be a little thick but should be moving well.

You *should* be okay arriving at that time. If you leave the rental car lot by 12:30 or 1pm at the latest, traffic should be okay. I assume you'll be taking the 105 fwy or a combination of the 105 or 91 fwys to the I-5, and then Disneyland. Both the 105 and 91 freeways have carpool lanes, which should also help you for a good portion of the drive--if needed.

And Sunday morning at 10am should be very clear on the roads. Good luck with the rest of your trip planning! :goodvibes

:cool1: This is our 1st trip to Disneyland, and are very excited.....I call it "The Holyland of Disney"...
About the driving directions, I am bring our own GPS, and have put in "fastest time" to get there....so not sure which route it will take me. Thank you for your info! :)

My magic friday afternoon in LA traffic ball says:

105 EAST (Carpool lane)
110 SOUTH (No carpool ramp, no need for carpool lane)
91 EAST (Hop in carpool lane once again)
5 SOUTH (Carpool ramp takes you there with no merging action!)
EXIT D'LAND DRIVE (Carpool ramp here as well)

Ta da!

OH! And Sunday! Sunday will be fine unless some kind of isolated incident happens. But that is not our fault :)
