Good Morning everyone! Its the Fri before a long wknd
very drizzly out there but the rain is suppose to stop for the wknd - may be cool but at least dry

So what have you done today to get moving?

I took my 1/2hr walk outside before I got ready for work - hoping to get back out after work (I know same thing every day)
 
up early this a.m. and covered approx 5 miles doing walk/jogging intervals. Followed up with 20 mins of yoga

have a wonderful weekend everyone!!!
 
I walked 2.5 miles on the TM at #3 incline.
 
Did about 45 minutes of walk/jog on these darn hills!! I surprise myself at the amount of energy I have!!
 

DH and I walked 5 miles and ran 2 miles this morning.
After that I did 15min. on the eliptical and one set of 100 jump roping.

We'll go out for our evening walk later, which is about 14,000 steps.

I'm already at 14,584 steps and it's not even 11:00AM! I love summer vacation! :bounce:

I did the FIRM Cardio Sculpt and boy can I feel it! Have a great weekend!
 
I just walked 2 miles in 32 minutes..........
I usually run 4 miles in 46 but, I have alot happening today and I haevtn been exercising because, I am so busy....... I felt is started to become an excuse..........lol
so rather than jog 4 miles , I walked 2 just so I wont be all sweaty I didnt jog!
Anyway, walking is just as hard, especially at that pace 3.8 mph......
Just as good as a work out........... and better than no workout

I did 40 minutes of cardio aerobics this morning - darn rain. :umbrella:

Woohoo. I finally get to add something here.

I walked for almost 40 minutes. I had 2850 steps on my pedometer from my walk so I estimate it was almost 1.5 miles.

After a long day at work, I came home and did 30 minutes on the treadmill along with some stretching. I'm beat. :faint:
 
Busy day, but I worked in about 40 minutes of walking. Less than I would have liked, but something's better than nothing.

45 minutes of walking with DH this morning - felt good after having to sit in the car for 13 hours yesterday!

I got in a half of an hour walk at lunch time and then a mile and a half on the treadmill, doing mostly jogging.
 
Yes - treadmill 30minutes, stairstepper 1500 steps and upper body workout on the total gym:D
