It's good!! The only drawback is that since almost everything is made "fresh", it can get a bit crowded at the omlette/pankcake/waffle station.

I have found that Fresh is nearly empty at lunch whenever I eat there. I would guess it is busier at breakfast. Any observations in this regard?

And if you've experienced it busy - what time of year was this?

We've eaten breakfast twice and lunch once at Fresh. They are both very good. Very different from the usual buffets. DH prefers breakfast, I prefer lunch. I thought they were both reasonably priced and the food really is delicious. They have made-to-order waffle & omelette stations (it's been a few years since we've eaten there so bear with me). They make Mickey pancakes too.

We are staying at Boardwalk Villas in May 2008 & I've already made my ADR for breakfast at Fresh. Can't wait!

We usually go in May and September. The Swan and Dolphin are both convention hotels, so business at Fresh usually depends on what conventions/meetings those hotels might have.

We've been to Fresh when they used to serve brunch, so we've tried both breakfast and lunch items (mostly breakfast). Fresh was excellent, and we have it on the list for a non character meal next trip.
Indeed, I have seen it usually half full, but full and jam packed twice. Both times were in July 07, and there was a rather large convention going on at the S/D.

I don't think you will be disappointed if you try it.
