Fresh food?? Hoop de doo

We are scheduled for the 9:30 PM hoop de doo. Is the food as fresh for this showing as it would be for the earlier shows? My son loves ribs but is very particular. Can you get the ribs with no sauce? Are they good? Please help!

I didn't care for the ribs. They weren't bad, but they weren't great. We thought the chicken was GREAT.

I believe that each meal is prepared as fresh as possible. My son really liked the ribs. They have sauce on them, but it is not overpowering. The fried chicken is also really good, and I am not a big fan of fried chicken!

DS LOVED the RIbs... I loved them too... the meat fell right off the bone...

Some sauce....but as PP says... not overpowering...

I fell in love with the fried chicken... it was delicious...

There is SO MUCH food... I would think most people would have a GOOD meal....there....

My 20 year-old son must have eaten his weight in ribs during our last trip!! He loves them!! We'll be back to the Hoop-Dee-Doo on Memorial Day and I can't wait. It's definitely a must-do for our family every trip.

From memory the ribs were about the same as those at Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom.

We really enjoyed all the food.. The ribs were great and as previously mentioned, not over powering.
