need to check in on SWA for our return flight at about 4:30pm on a day we'll be in Epcot and/or Epcot resort area. Easiest place to get our boarding passes?
and...

Where does one reprint boarding passes at the airport?

TIA :thumbsup2

I was able to check-in for SWA at Guest Relations in the parks. They were really nice about checking in for me and printing my boarding pass.

I have heard that guest services at the parks will do an airline check in for you, as will the front desk at the resorts. You may need to be a guest at that resort (or at some Disney resort) to get that service, but I'm not certain. If you do one of those options, they can print the passes out for you then.

I always check in using my web-enabled phone at mobile.southwest.com. Another option is to have a (reliable) family member or friend check in for you. Just make certain they have your confirmation #.

If you need to "reprint" your boarding pass, you can do it at a self-service kiosk at the airport, or the skycaps or ticket counter can do it for you.

I had a hard time checking in for my flight at the hotel front desk. The CM I talked to tried to tell me I had to wait until the actual day I flew out before checking in for my flight so I could check my luggage. All I wanted was to check in 24 hours prior to the flight. I tried to tell her I didn't want to check my luggage in just to get my boarding pass but she did not listen. (I flew AirTran this trip.) Finally I ended up having to go to the concierge desk to check in. I asked to speak to a manager about the first CM and he told me that the front desk does not have the capabilities to do airline check-in. Guests need to go to the concierge desk for airline check-in.

I found it much easier to check in at the park. Guest Relations gave me no problems and were very helpful. Next time I will definately go to a park to do airline check-in, not the hotel.

Sounds like you encountered a CM who didn't have any training or experience in this area (a fairly common encounter these days, unfortunately.)

Everybody remember - you need your flight confirmation number to check in online, so be sure that you have it written down somewhere when you go to the parks! It would be frustrating to try checking in only to find that your confirmation number is safely back in your room.

I usually forget to check in on time when I'm having fun at WDW, so this year I'm going to set an event reminder on my cell phone callendar to remind me at the proper time.

I've used the guest services desk at both Yacht & Beach Club. I wasn't staying at either, just happened to be there at the right time.

Then do you carry your own luggage on the ME bus back to the airport and just check it in when you get there? I want to do this, too but really wanted to be able to have the resort take my bags.

you cannot check your bags from the resort. You must bring them to the bus and from the bus to skycap or check-in yourself.

I check in from the cell-phone at the 24 hour mark when the reminder goes off.

On the last day, I store my bags with bell services and pick them up 15 minutes before my scheduled ME time. The bags go under the bus, then I bring them up to SW self check-in where I use the kiosk to print out the boarding pass and check the bags.

I didn't know you could check in for a flight at Guest Relations in the parks! This is very good news (I think I'm allergic to Boarding Group C). Now I just have to find a way to not get distracted after dinner and head to Future World!

Since Spaceship Earth is closed in Epcot you have to go behind Spaceship Earth then go left clear around it to get to Guest Relations. Guest Relations will be on the right almost to the barrier.

The barriers block you from going past Spaceship Earth on the left where the arm used to be.
