We are unsure of our plans right now but have pretty much decided that we want to go to HHN 2009 at least twice.

We are also buying a tickets for both parks on different days.

So, if we are at one of the parks already can we just use the frequent fear pass to walk over early or do you have to have a Stay and Scream pass specifically?

Also, since we are just going twice to HHN it might make more sense to just buy the Stay and Scream pass instead. However, can you use the pass regardless of what park you are in? How does that work?

Thanks for any help! :)

The FFP is valid on non peak nights and opening weekend.

That is your HHN ticket.

You have to have a day ticket in order to buy the Stay and Scream ticket.
That S & S ticket is also considered the HHN ticket.

Without the AP discount, the FFP is $69.99 + tax

this is the price for the S & S tix:

if you know your dates now that you plan to attend hhn, check the figures to see which is cheapest for you.

Well, we are planning to go on a Sunday and Thursday so we would fall under the FFP. However, we may not be going to US and IoA on those two days. We were thinking about going to US on a Thursday and IoA on a Saturday.

So, we would use the FFP on the Thursday we are going to US (but thats my question ... can we use the FFP and just walk over early to HHN or do you have to have a S&S pass to go early?) and then going to IoA on Saturday (just the park) then using the FFP again on the Sunday before we leave.

You can use the FFP for that Sunday and Thursday.
The FFP is your HHN ticket.

If you do not have a day ticket to the park, you will line up outside the gate entrance at the studios side.
Those in that line will be able to enter the park at 6:30 when the general admission is allowed in.

If you are in the park during the day, on that thursday and sunday, you don't have to leave but go to the holding area which is referred to as Stay And Scream.

If you buy the FFP, that is the same ticket that is honored for entering the HHN event.

The FFP, the Stay & Scream ticket, a regular HHN ticket, are all the same thing.
If you have any of those 3, you are entitled to stay in the park and go to the holding area, ( S & S) and wait there until security gives the all clear of guests in the park to begin the event early.

If you have a day ticket and in the park during the day, yes, you can go to the S&S holding area.

If you are in IOA and have a week pass or the 2 park ticket, leave IOA and go to the Studios side before 4:50.
If you only have a 2 day 1 park pass, you would not be able to go from IOA and get into the Studio side the same day for the S & S holding area..

You need to be in the park before it closes to take advantage of that holding section.

The holding area/ aka/ stay and scream, usually is at Finnegans, which is across from the mummy ride.

Yeah...what she said!

We always use our FF in combination with our AP for Stay & Scream. As long as you have a day ticket and a HHN ticket, you can go into the "pen."
