Well, as much as I just came back from a most satisfying stay at the Poly, i hate to re-hash old complaints BUT some of the problems were that there was mold in the room we were given, the TV didn't work (took the front desk 3 days to resolve that one), the front desk and concierge were especially rude....just to name a few.

Sorry you had that problem....I had just the oppisite...everything was wonderful

It was opposite building 6, heading towards the car parks. We walked through it every day getting to the car
