French quarter caricature artist?

Is there a caricature artist available at the French quarter? This is something we have done every year at the Wilderness Lodge and want to continue on our next trip.

Not sure about POFQ- but pretty sure there's one at POR.

I'm almost positive we saw one on our trip last June.

There was one in the lobby near the entrance to the gift shop when we were there last fall.

We have done this at POFQ before. He is usually there in the evening.
