The French Market is a counter service location, so no reservations are required or accepted.

Cafe Orleans, which is nearby, is a table service venue. Reservations are accepted and recommended if you want to eat there at peak dining times.

This is my DH's favorite restaurant at DLR. We love the ambiance, and the fact that it is CS is really nice. No ADRs necessary.

ETA- every time we have been there, there has been a CM standing outside who has asked us if we needed anything. They have also taken our plates for us. It isn't exactly TS, but it's a nice "bump up" from standard CS.

Ok, cool, the website said "experiences vary" in regards to CS or TS, so I wasn't sure if it was maybe one of those places that is CS for lunch, but then TS for dinner or whatever…

French Market is one of my favorite counter service restaurants at DLR! We enjoy it for both dinner and lunch. Be aware that there are a couple menu items only available at lunch. DS12 prefers lunch because that's when they serve the french dip sandwich.
