Freezing Cheesecake???

I need to make 2 cheesecakes for a party on Saturday & want to make them ahead of time. Do they freeze well or are they best kept in the fridge? Thanks & have a great day!

Oh they freeze just fine in fact the stores SELL frozen cheesecakes (such as Ely's, etc....
and when you thaw them out they taste perfectly fresh.

I have frozen cheesecake that I have made and then used later and they tasted fine.

Yes, you can freeze cheesecake and it tastes just fine when thawed.
