Freeride.com cashouts

Just wondering if anyone has cashed out with www.freeride.com lately and how long it normally takes. I cashed out last week for the first time (only took 7 months) and selected the virtual visa. Will the cashout come from the virtual visa people or freeride? I'm trying to monitor my spam box and my inbox but that is kinda hard with all the spam I get.

Last time I cashed out for a VV it took a couple of months. I had to write them and complain and then complain some more. It was like they didn't want to pay. I finally got it, I'd say about three months after I cashed out. If I remember right, it came directly from the visa people.

hmm this sounds like it will be a battle then. Thanks for the info. I'll post an update once I get paid. If its a pain I'll be dropping them too.

I cashed out in MAy and I can't remember if I ever got anything. I am going to have to find out. I just checked my email folder where I keep all that info and there is nothing.

And since it's over 120 days, they say sorry, can't help you. This really ticks me off.

Ecount used to be the company that handled all freeride virtual visas if you aren't getting anywhere with freeride customer service. I suggest you contact ecount directly http://www.ecount.com/ and explain the situation they have a contact form on the site. After doing that I literally got my claim code for the visa a couple of hours later. From what I am reading from other sites they are turning around the visas pretty quickly now a couple of weeks.

Just wanted to report back that it has been about 3 weeks since I cashed out and I received my email with my VV today. I think I will continue to click over there and try for another $25 VV since I received my reward.
