Also, i can't remember did we get /find the rainshade? are there cup holders?

As far as I know, no raincover and yes there are cup holders

Feb. 28-March 7chloesmommy POP, has just used the stroller... i left her a voicemail with some of my info... i'm assuming i'll need to get the claim check number from her. Do i actually need it or just the numbers?
I'm just trying to get this togehter asap as i have so much going on this week. I also e-mailed jodybrun regarding her info.

Hi we will be going to Disney 5/2-5/9. I was trying to figure out what we were going to do about the stroller issue! We have 4 kids!! DS 7- DS 5- DD3- and DS1. So the younger ones need a stroller for sure!!! I am interested in this swap! If my dates are open!!! I think it may be beneficial for me!?? I have never done this before so I have no idea were I would pick it up at or were to leave it when I am done. Could you please PM if those dates are open and please explain to me how to do this! I did read the first page.....it looked like my dates were open.....no 100% sure though! And I am still kinda fuzzy on how it works! Thanks Jen

It is good to have that information from the claim number but when we did it, I just said they were holding a stroller for me, gave them my last name and they brought it out. No problems at all. If you have the claim number, that's good but I honestly don't think you will need it.
So you are good on both sides correct?

I was just wondering if we have the wheel taken care of? Is there something I can do?
We aren't scheduled to have the stroller for awhile but I thought I could check if there is any update??
Kelliyann- I see you are starting another swap, does that mean this one is almost done? I just want to make sure there is a stroller when we get there.

The swap is still running just fine. As long as the stroller is holding up and we have swappers sign up without big gaps, it should continue to run.

Just got an update from a recent swapper. Sounds like the stroller is holding up pretty good. Also sounds like the wheel, being difficult to turn, has been resolved too. Just FYI!!!!

Hi everyone,
I just got back late last night. The stroller was in pretty good contition (some stains). The wheel is a pain in the butt... it actually fell off two times during our week. Thank god we were at Magic Kingdom both times and they called the maintenance department for us.. it took about an hour both times to get up and going again. My Dh thinks the issue is from prior people sitting or standing on the edge of the stroller by the front wheel and bending the hardware. What we found to work best is when you park the stroller and start to push forward... the front wheel jams up... so instead of going forward go backwards about two feet then push forward. I completely forgot to get the model number the one on the back side by the basket was wore out and i was planning on searching for another and i completely forget to look. My daughter ended up breaking out in hives our last night so i was concerned with her. The stroller WILL not fit through the gates of MK so just lift it up and over. All in all we were really happy to have the stroller our girls were able to nap a lot and the basket below was great. I have a picture of the stroller i'll post as soon as i can. The stroller is at CBR and should be pucked up tonight by JOdi.

Based upon frechettegirl recent issues with the wheel on the stroller, I would like to withdraw my name from the swap. I would not be having it until May and it does not sound like the issue with the wheel has resolved itself. Thanks to everyone on this swap though.

Hey everyone..we dropped off the stroller for Jody this afternoon at POP and to be honest the thing is having some issues....the stroller is still totally useable. When we picked it up from CBR the main center support was broken between the two seats. We cleaned it up some more the best we could but could not repair the center section. The metal has simply snapped so there was no way to mend it. The broken metal support between the seats sort of makes the two kids lean in to one another a bit which isn't a huge deal in most cases. It worked for us just fine and we tightened and did what we could so it should be fine for awhile yet. Maybe someone could bring down some spot treatment stuff to spiff it up a bit. It was fine for us and we had no problems with the wheel falling off or anything like that. Maybe Jody can provide another update after her trip....

Jodi- Thanks for the update. I'm glad the wheel didn't fall off. Was it still twisting/jamming when taking off? I didn't notice the metal being broken when we had it i know the bar that goes accross is missing was the metal something to do with that?
Alright here is a picture. i thought i had one of it alone but i haven't come across it yet.
I do agree that over all we were happy. I just wanted to point out what you could do if the wheel actually feel off while you had the stroller so your not stuck.

Misty...you should be okay as long as everyone keeps their kids from standing on the front or on the seat. If you look in the second picture of the stroller you can see the metal support piece that is now broken between the the two girls. My guess would be that it was broken by baggage claim seeing how they slung it around and banged the dickens out of it. It worked just fine for us and should be okay for a good while yet. I think everyone needs to check in after their trip with an update so others down the list will know the status on how it is holding up.
