I filled out the form and had no problem because I live in Florida. Maybe they haven't started this program where you live. I do remember this site and never received my dog tag's the first time.

Unless your DS has a HUGE stocking, hanging on an even HUGER nail, this book is not going to fit into his stocking. My DH has this book and it is a "coffee table" book, hard cover, with 294 pages. It is a great book, so I hope you get it, I just think you will have to make it a present and not a stocking stuffer.
