Hmmm, good question...not sure, but if you go to www.mikeandike.com, click Stock Up in upper right hand corner, and click the slot game in the bottom right corner, it will pop up. If you win, be sure to hold down the ctrl button before and while clicking the "click here" to claim your prize link or alternatively, allow mike and ike to display pop ups before playing.

Verizon is currently offering a "Customer Appreciation Service Credit" to its landline customers.

The credit is for $40 and can be applied over 4 months for customers in California, as well as possibly the other states listed below.

All you need to do is call Verizon at 888-226-0799 and tell them you are aware of the promotion. There is a mailing for the promotion, but you do not have to receive it to take advantage of the offer.

If you run into any roadblocks, call again, and repeatedly tell the customer service rep the name and details of the promotion. You might also try calling 800-483-3000 (don't press or say anything, just wait until you get a representative).

The promotion should be good for the following states (let us know if you hear of any more):

Nice cards, envelopes included. They do have a message under the greeting inside, "Your imprint appears here...." I just cut the bottom of the card off. Or you could just use the front of the card.

I pulled this from another site. One poster there said they got it to go thru while another tried 6 times(!!) and they wouldn't put it thru on theirs either.
So, even if your state is listed you might not get it I guess but I thought if it helped ONE person out it was worth sharing.

I called the # you have listed above and they said that they could not help me at that # but that I had to call a local office at 800-870-9999 for MA and they should be able to apply the credit. I explained that I had called another number and they referred me to this number and that they could apply the credit for me to my account (have your account number handy!). It did take a couple minutes for them to find the promotion "vip savings" - $10 a month for 4 months.
