Free wifi in the parks?

I read that they finally wanted to give guests access to free wifi in both parks. Did that already happen? Couldn't find any info and wifi would be great to have for the occasional facebook post or Message to friends during the day in the parks.

is the in park wifi reliable? i know at times the Disney wifi is inconsistent

In some of the places, Wifi is still quite unstable but at least at Universal Studio, it is ok. But from time to time you might need to reconnect.
