Free upgrade ?

We are going 4/15-4/21, heard of the free upgrade for hoppers and the water parks. Do you think if I call CRO or if I ask real nice at the check-in desk I'll be able to get that option added at this point?

I believe the booking window for that has passed.. by several weeks. You can ask.. but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

As Knox mentioned you can try but I doubt you would get it. The time to try is before you arrive.
