so i answered our phone.
and the caller id said HILTON ***-***-**** so i answered it. they asked for my dad. he was on hte phone for about 30 minutes. when he hung up he told us they offered us a free trip to universal studios for 5 days casue of his points or something!!! has anything like that ever happened to you? discuss!

We've gotten updgrades on airlines because of points and stuff but not a free trip.

No, and I wouldn't trust it. It's got to be a scam, wanna know how many times I've gotten mail/email/calls from a "real" agency/hotel/whatever saying I'ved won a free trip to so and so because I have however many points?

Heck, the "prince of Nigeria" put me in his will to inherit his money! Oh, and I can get "free medicine (ie Viagra, Prozac, etc) from someplace called Canadian Pharmacy.

no it was someone from the hotel my dad stayed at for business and he got so many points saved up they called him to check with him. so its not a scam.

Wait, so did you earn hotel stays? I can understand that, was it a Starwood owned hotel? My mom has that and when we go to WDW we stay at the Swan & Dolphin for free sometimes.

But if it were all inclusive (tickets,meals,etc) I'd think it were a scam.

no we gotta pay for teh tickets and eals and crap, but we stay at the doubletree gotel outside the gates for free!
