free transportation from airport???

If we book a room through a travel agency and we are staying on disney property, are we still intitled to the free transportation from the airport to our hotel and back??

Yes, make sure you have Disney's Magical Express booked.....it's complimentary!! Just make sure you give them your flight information.

Yes. You or your travel agent need to contact Disney's Magical Express and make reservations at least 10 days in advance. Depending on your airline, you may even be able to check your luggage all the way to the hotel, and then on the way back, do all your gate check-in AT your hotel.

Yes. We booked our April trip yesterday through AAA because their cost was nearly $250 cheaper than Disney online. She asked if we needed magical express and we said yes so it was booked at the same time. So make sure your tell your TA that you need the magical express bus to and from the airport.

The buses are really nice (we've used them before) and it is free.

I have heard of people just showing up at the magical express desk at the airport and still getting a ride to their resort. I wouldn't recommend it but I know it has been done.

By the way I RECOMMEND collecting your OWN luggage and bringing it on the bus with you. Or at the very least packing a full carry-on bag complete with PJ's a bathing suit and a change of clothes for the next day. I've heard and experienced about luggage taking much longer than four or five hours to arrive at your hotel.
