Free strollers for Visa Card holders??

I wonder if you could also get a free ECV, a "stroller for adults"? WOuld make life much easier on MIL if I could

I am quite certain they would not offer free ECVs.
It's possible that they might offer free wheelchairs, but I'm sure they would not offer free ECVs.

I called on this today and was told strollers are not free on WDW. It sounded to me like it wasn't even in the works for the future.

It doesn't surprise me. They would lose tons of $ if they gave all the Visa holders strollers for free. Don't get me wrong I would love a FREE stroller instead of lugging mine onto the plane with me.
