Free spa areas?

Are there areas in the spas that cruisers can use for free? Like a sauna, hot tub or showers? I plan on using the rain forest room after all of Raes ravings about it! Now I want to know if we will have free acess on the other days to a sauna or a hot tub/whirlpool. This board is THE place to get these questions answered!!

The hot tubs are located right by the pools and they are free (there is a set by both the adult and family pools). The work-out rooms in the spa are free (and you get a great view of the bridge). Not sure about any other areas - I'm sure Rae, Barb or someone else can help there.

In the locker rooms, there is a sauna (or maybe it's a steamroom) and showers that can be used for free. There are also some lounger type seats, at least in the women's.
We have photos of most of the spa areas, but not that area. I'll have to remember to get some when we sail next month.
