free shuttles

HI I'M STAYING AT THE HOLIDAY INN ON I-DRIVE, GOING ON MAY 28.DO THEY RUN FREE SHUTTLES TO DISNEY AS WELL AS UNIVERSAL.(I'M GOING WITH VIRGIN HOLIDAYS) THANKS.

Hi Kev,

I think they only do the free shuttle to Universal/IOA, Seaworld and Wet 'n' Wild. They may do a pay service though.

To be honest the hotel shuttles to WDW aren't that useful anyway. They restrict your park visiting to the shuttle schedules, so if you want to stay in the parks later at night you may not be able to and still take advantage of the shuttles.
Most only drop off at the Transportation and Ticket Centre, so you will need to get a WDW bus or monorail to get to the park you wish to visit that day.

I believe Mears do transport to WDW - don't know much about it though - perhaps someone else does

Cabs to WDW from IDrive will be pricey - $20-30 each way

If you have a rental car, then that is your best option to get to WDW from IDrive - you have the flexibility to stay as long as you want in WDW and to come and go as you please.

They do do the free shuttle to Disney as well - we used it when we were there.

The drop offs were always in the park car parks and I think there were 3 in the morning & 3 in the afternoon/evening - last one about 10.30/11pm

They were always on time and we are not hiring a car again when we go in December.

Why not email the hotel and ask the shuttle times??
