any suggestions on how to make the most out of free shipping on purchase of $25 at drugstore.com?

I'm not sure I understand your question.... what do you mean by make the most of it?

For me, there are a few things they carry that I can't seem to find anywhere locally, so I get those. They have good deals on some OTC meds that I keep stocked up on. If that doesn't total the $25, then I get items that I know we use every day and run the same price that I would pay where I usually shop (deodorant is usually the same price there as at the store for me). I never buy anything that we wouldn't be using anyway or that would cost me more at my local store.

They offer free shipping every day on orders $49 or more, so the $25 free shipping specials are a good time to restock when I know there isn't a lot I need.
