Drugstore.com is currently offering free 3-day shipping on orders of $49 or more. Plus, there's no sales tax on your order.
For me, that means no running around from store to store, looking for specific items that I want for this trip (moleskin, Dramamine, EarPlanes, sunscreen). Therefore, no wasted gas and no wasted time. I probably saved at least one gallon of gas right there. (cha-ching! $2 saved)
It also means that I'm saving 6% off the total because the Commonwealth of PA is not getting to reach into my pocket to take more of our hard-earned cash in the form of sales tax. (cha-ching! another $3 saved)
Plus, because I shopped thru eBates, I'll get another $3.00 (6%)back when my "Big Fat Check" comes in August. (cha-ching! $3 more)
After comparing my shopping list at Drugstore.com, Walgreens.com and CVS.com, Drugstore.com came out ahead by a couple dollars (even without the sales tax factored in).
I just thought that I'd give those of you who are doing your vacation-supply shopping a heads up.
