Free shipping at Disneyshopping?

I thought there was a promotion for free shipping on orders of 60 dollars or more at Disneyshopping. I saw it at Mousesavers. But when I made an order today I had to pay for shipping. Am I mistaken? What should I do?

Only thing I see is free ship on over $75 that expires tonight at mid-night.Looks like the same on MS's as well.
