Free Room Night?

Hey everyone! My consultant is out of the office until tomorrow and I need to submit my info/room block emails by Wednesday but wanted to work on it today.

When you get the free night after 25 nights met, can you use that to apply it to an existing reservation? If we booked July 8, 9, and 10 (wedding day) with another discount, can we use the free night on the 10th without having to check out/in?

Do most of you choose the resort to be where your event is taking place? Ours is all going to be at GF.

It can be applied to an existing ressie, and it doesn't have to be part of your room block. You can have it anywhere. Some people do it at the grand Floridian because they figure they'll never pay to stay there. We plan to use it at one of the resorts we're staying at.

You might want to double check this - I thought you had to be staying on site for 4 nights to qualify for the wedding, so you could make the free night your 5th, but not your 4th if you know what I mean?

I thought it was simply 25 nights credited toward the room block gave the wedding couple a free night regardless of number of nights the couple was staying. I had not heard of a minimum of four nights for wishes couples. I know escape couples have to book four nights for themselves, but they don't receive a free night because they do not set up a room block for guests.

I think your thinking of Escape weddings. Wishes have no such requirement.

Even if you apply it to an existing booking you may have to check in and out still.
