Free Resort Mugs with DxDDP

Hello all!! So we decided to upgrade to DxDDP after we had already gotten our mickey mail, but now I'm wondering how we go about getting the free resort mugs that come with it? I assumed that had I bought it from the beginning, our mickey mail would have come with coupons for them, but that's not the case! Will they give me coupons for them when we check in? Or can I just charge them to our key to the world cards and they will be discounted off?

Good Question....I was wondering the same thing.. I know you get them from the food court & I "think" they scan your key card & it would show your plan on the card & obviously not charge for the mug.....I saw many people do this last year but I could be wrong...

yeah you just go to the food court... or the quick service at your resort, pick your mugs and tell them you're using your dp to purchase them HTH

Yes...go to the food court, pick up your mug and check-out using your KTTW card. It will automatically be recorded that you received them.

WDW makes everything easy!!!

They are a credit on your KTTW card just like your meals. Take them to the cashier and give your card. Receipt will show how many you have left if you do not get them all at once.

There is a "mug credit" on your KTTW card, like dining credits. You can redeem it for your mugs.
