Just a reminder to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get all info from the swappers before and after you well in advance of your trip to avoid last minute panic.

While I organized this swap (and others) and keep it going as best I can, I do not ask for all your info for a couple of reasons...1st, I don't have the time or the organizational skills to KEEP all your info...2nd, we are all responsible adults and should be able to contact each other to keep the swap going without a middle woman.

This swap will continue as long as everyone does what is expected of them...simply that they swap info in advance, pick up their box, correctly label the box on checkout & either hand off to the next swapper or drop it at luggage services before you leave. It's that simple...one person drops the ball & this swap is history.

If you can't do those things, please do not commit to being in this swap. It's that simple. There are a lot of people in this swap who really want to participate...rant over.

hi pixylee,
dont worry. i was involved in the swap this past september. there was something like a 7-10 day space of between when i left and when the next person signed up for the box got to disney. as long as you im the next person after you for their info. and put it on the box, you shouldnt have any trouble. the cast members at port orleans are excellent.

When I checked in, the CM went and got it. There was a note in the computer on my res that I had a package. It was that simple! POR & FQ are the same resort...so they will bring it to the right side as long as the box is clearly labeled. If they don't give it to you at check-in, just ask about it. They'll tell you where to go.
