Free parking at WDW

Our last trip in March of 2011 we got three days of free parking. As we pulled up they would say parking ons Mickey have a magical day! Has that happened to anyone recently?

i always get free parking as we always stay on resort -- but -- we have previously received the Light wand things for the electrical parade on Mickey, and Pop corn -- and ice cream.

I think it's just a random thing that happens -- they call it Magic
