Free park parking if staying on Hotel Plaza Boulevard?

Do we still receive free theme park parking if we stay on Hotel Plaza Blvd at Disney Springs?

No, just Disney resort guests get free parking at the parks.

I don't believe that was ever a thing. They provided free shuttle buses to parks, but if you drove you had to pay to park.

Standard theme park parking is included for registered Guests of the Swan and Dolphin resort too, though you pay for parking at SDR still.
