So why are provinces east of Ontario excluded?
I'm guessing Starbucks isn't in PEI.

I found out yesterday that the card has to be registered a full 24 hours before using.

I tried taking the daycare children and getting one for each of them. I was only able to get one (I had a registered one from a while back).

I went again this morning and got two (my niece spent the night). So the newly registered cards worked.
