I finally got through again (first time call failed after on hold for 40 minutes) after trying 147 times. I was then on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then it was a LONG wait for CM to accomplish the free nights. Total time on this call: 2 hours and 21 minutes. No wonder the phone lines are on overload. Poor CM had to stay 1 hour and 15 minutes past closing to get this done. Be forewarned.

Wasn’t really wanting to travel to Hawaii for the first time during a pandemic but I’m thinking about canceling my May Disney trip to do this to save on having to buy 3 sets of 7 day park tickets for three WDW trips within a calendar year, buying tickets for two trips seems more reasonable.

Thanks for the update. It makes travel to Hawaii too much of a hassle, IMHO. Otherwise, I would consider taking advantage of the offer.
