Free MYD saved $800

I just rebooked my rez for 9/7 thru 9/14. We originally paid $2734 at Pop Century MYD-Plus w/ dining rebooked today at $1900 saving $800 which we'll use as a room credit. yippie 97 days to go

Is that the chose they gave you to do with your credit? They asked me what i wanted and i said put back on my credit card. Did i do the right thing?

The credit could have been put back on the card but I figured I'll spend it somewhere else other than at WDW. Besides I/we know we will use all of it and them some. enjoy your trip, we will.
