Free Meal for Teachers at Tijuana Flats on 12/27

Deemed "Teacher Hero Day," educators on Dec. 27 can get a free entree at all of its 88 restaurants. No purchase is necessary. Tijuana Flats said it will repeat the offer annually.

I just checked and there are none where any of the teachers I know live. It's a great thing to do, maybe it will catch on.

I'm not a teacher but I love Tijuana Flats, best queso ever, I just wish I didn't have to wait once a year to eat there! I hope it catches on and other places recognize teachers.

I wish we had Tihuana Flats in Miami. I usually have it when I'm in tampa visiting my aunt. They're very good.
