Free lockers in IOA?

Hi,

I've read about the free lockers availalble outside some of the rides in Universal Studios. Are there similar lockers in the IOA part of the park?

Yes...there are free lockers in front of Hulk and Dueling Dragons.

So other rides allow you to carry your backpack/daypack behind when you get on?
Or do they simply expect you to store your stuff elsewhere?

And, are there lockers outside the rides that get you wet?

Yes to both, depending on the ride. At many rides, you can simply place your stuff by for feet or by your side. Some have bins/compartments on the ride itself.

There are lockers available at the wet rides (JP, Ripsaw, Popeye), but they are $2/hr.
