I printed with my laser jet. It certainly misses something without the color.
I think I'll just steal Nan's idea and make the cover & dividers with my own things instead of wasting DH's photo ink.

I think I will make my own too. I don't have photoshop (I know, the shame!) so I can't even change the child word to the kidlets names, not that the word child is on anything. ERGH! Is this gonna be a PITA??

And I can probably get away with using something other then a 6x6 book, or what ever size it is.

I wanted to add my kids' names too.. we all know how many I have.. I'd be afraid I'd put the wrong story in the wrong "child"...and than someone's feelings would get hurt!!!

AHA!!!! Mac user issues, she had it worked out for non Mac users. I got it now. But I still think about 90% of it, I'm going to make myself.

I think making youre own pages would be great. If I really like this idea then I would need to add new things in once I have children anyway. I am thinking of adding in a section for my puppy though. I have tons of cute stories about him. He saw a yoyo for the first time today. It was so funny to watch him try and get it and beg for it, once DH put it up he was pouty for a few minutes. Of course I took some great photos of it.

How cute Rebecca!!! WE have a goofy cat and a dipstick rabbit.. gotta love both of them!! Our rabbit is famous for flipping the measuring cup @ the door of the hutch when we come out especially if his food bowl is running low!! If it's empty he nudges the bowl to the hutch door! LOL

As y'all know I ran out of paper to print on, then I couldn't get the PDF to work. Now I am out of Magenta ink!

I think I will make my own pages if I get up the nerve to start again.

When I told my DH how many pages I need to print out, he told me "No Way." So I've been just saving the files.

I think I will save files too. the good thing about the class is that we can get it all when ever we want. It's not like it will all disappear after the class ends.

Yeah, when I saw how many pages I about freaked out...

So, I thought I will make my own... and than print out one master list of very important things....

I love the idea and concept...but I just can't deal w/ that much ink!!!

I printed out the pages, but only one set under family. That should cover spouse and child. The book looks cute but it is nothing I would ever use (not a sketch to be had) Now I have a lovely present for someone.

I ended up making the cover on my own,didn't use the binder I purchased for it.
