On the 100 Marketing Postcards I clicked on CHILDCARE and choose the little hand design. In the Headline field I put 'A Note From Mrs. Bennett'. (That is one of my child's teacher's name) You get 100 postcards ....... the teacher can use them to send little notes home on.

On the other cards and invites ...... I didn't use them as that. You can put whatever you want to for the writing.

Just wanted to add that the caricature labels are adorable! I ordered them this year - one set with us all wearing the Santa hats for Christmas, and the other just plain. They turned out really cute and are worth the $, IMHO. You could create them as gift labels if you wanted.

Another note, if you are a member of mypoints, go to their website first. I got something like 300 points for doing a free vista offer. Not sure if they are still doing it or not....

The idea for teacher cards is great! DD's teacher will love them.

I turned the invitations into Christmas thank you cards.

Since I knew DH wouldn't like the caricatures, I ordered the labels with just Christmas graphics.

You can also go back and do more orders getting the free stuff ........ you can only get 1 free item each (of the 5) on each order. I had to place 3 orders since I have 3 kids and wanted to get each teacher a set of the postcards. I ordered all items each time ...... just $13 something for shipping on each order.

I received the address labels a couple of weeks ago, and the rest of the items came today. Very nice. I was surprised by how big the Christmas cards are. My thank you cards were the wrong design though.

SherriW, thanks again for the Teacher's Notes idea. DD didn't really understand what they were when I told her I ordered them, but now that she's seen them she thinks her teacher will love them.

Uh oh! I found another thread where Vistaprint does indeed keep calling people & spamming them:

I'm not saying not do these deals, just take proper precautions ahead of time. Here's some of the advice given on that thread:

"If you don't want spam from this company, use a throw away email account. They WILL send you spam REGARDLESS of your opt'ing out choice. Also DON'T give them your real phone number. There is NO reason why they need to have it. Also DO NOT COMPLETE ANY ONLINE SURVEY through them. This MAY result in charges against your credit card."

Nope this has happened to me... i thought they were free and went through everything got to the end and they wanted to charge me so i closed the page... i could get them cheaper at Office max... so now i get tons of emails and they started calling my house!!!!! Its horrible!! don't sign up for this!

I sure wish I had found that advice before I ordered from them. I thought the phone number on the order/account had to match the one on my credit card account, and so I gave my real phone number. I just got another call a few days ago, btw.

Hey People, I have been ordering from this company for over 3 years and I have NOT had 1 problem from them or any problem w/ my order. I placed 4 orders w/in the last month and ALL came w/out ANY problems at all.

I got so much from them in my last orders and ONLY had to pay shipping on it all. Which, really was not that high at all.

I NEVER put down my REAL phone number on any orders that I place. I figure if they need to get ahold of me, they can email me. (When sihning up for any freebies, I also don't use real #)

I am on their emailing list, and I have NOT been bombarded with SPAM.
Again, I don't see the problems that many of you are seeing...

Sorry I even posted this GREAT offer in the first place.
