Free internet when not using points?

My parents and I are DVC members, but I'm essentially only a DVC member so the property is deeded to me - I don't get any points to play with!

I'm going on a trip to WDW in May (minus the parents), but am paying the 'normal' way. I know that DVC members get free internet at onsite properties (we're staying in Pop Century), but does this apply regardless of whether or not the stay is paid for with DVC points?

Free Internet is offered to DVC Members staying in DVC resorts on points. You will not qualify at Pop Century.
